Before you email

  • Update iOS to the latest version compatible with Flow.
  • Force quit the app and reopen it once.
  • On a new device, try Settings → Restore Purchases inside the app before writing in.

With Flow Premium, enable iCloud Sync to pick up on another device signed into the same Apple ID. You can also use device iCloud Backup. We never host your ledger on our servers.
